I love my alpha readers!

Alpha readers are tough stuff, let me tell you. They wade through the unpolished mess that is an author’s first draft and come out (relatively) unscathed at the end, able to coherently point out where adjustments need to be made.

The alpha reader feedback for Project Elementals has been AH-mazing. So amazing, I don’t know where to start. lol

It’s vastly different from the feedback I received for Rise of the Sky Pirate. While RotSP‘s feedback was very specific and triggered changed to fixed areas of the novel, the feedback for PE has me sprinkling in changes here and there throughout.

I was a little overwhelmed at first, as I usually address alpha reader feedback as I go in my round of edits. This time, I can’t do that. But my coach helped me out, and we have a solid plan for how I’ll tackle the changes after I finish this round of edits.
