Happy 2nd Anniversary to swraine.com!

What a year it has been!

Every day I am one step closer to my dream of having my novels published. It took a long time to get to this point, with both success and snags along the way.

I’ve sat with a friend and created a writing plan, revised and edited my little heart out, had bad luck with Alpha Readers, pushed back my planned release date by a full month twice (and hopefully for the last time), changed my novel title thrice (this one IS the last time!), and am pretty much doing a complete re-write based on Beta Reader feedback (because I apparently hate description lol).

And as critical as the current global pandemic is, the Stay Home order was completely beneficial to me: Along with editing Beta Reader feedback and the dozens of marketing courses that I took, I learned how to be more present and engaging for my readers on Social Media, and how to do a proper launch. I’m excited!

This time next year, I’ll have a book out and be working on the next one, so we’ll have even more to celebrate!

So here’s to another exciting year, and of course, I want to thank all of you for your support! You are the reason I keep going!
